MAKE DAHI VADA AT HOME WITH EASY RECIPE/DAHI BHALLA SIMPLE RECIPE


DAHI VADA OR DAHI BHALLA RECIPE/Urad dumpling with  CURD,GREEN CHAT CHUTNEY ,TAMARIND SWEET CHUTNEY AND SPICES.EXCELLENT FOR DINNER PARTY STARTER / LOVE THE COLOUR COMBINATION.IN THIS VIDEO SHOWN HOW TO MAKE DAHI VADA VERY EASILY AT HOME WITH STEP BY STEP METHOD...

Ingredients:
Urad dal soaked for 3 hours
Green chilly 3
Ginger 1/2”
Salt

Thick curd (beaten)
Green chutney
Tamarind sweet chutney
Cumin powder
Red chilly powder
Chat masala
Coriander leaves

Oil for fry

Method:

First soak the urad dal for 3 hours and grind to paste with 1/2”ginger and 3 green chilly... beat for 5 mins and add salt mix again... deep fry in hot oil till golden colour... take out and dip in warm water for 5 mins ... after 5 mins squeeze the water keep a side.

Now for assembling:take vadas and pour thick curd.. as u want ( i added little as we like that much ) green chutney... tamarind sweet chutney....and sprinkle salt,cumin powder,chat masala,red chilly powder
