INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED IS:
FISH  : 500 GRAMS
ONION : MEDIUM SIZE 1
TOMATO: SMALL SIZE 2
GINGER: SMALL PEICE
GREEN CHILLY : 2..3
CURRY LEAVS

FOR PASTE:
COCONUT POWDER OR DESICCATED COCONUT : 4 TBSP
KASHMIRI CHILLY POWDER : 1 TBSP ( U CAN MORE OR LESS AS PER UR TASTE)
TURMERIC : 1TSP
IF U LIKE MORE SOUR TASTE U CAN ADD TAMARIND JUICE 1 TSP

METHOD:

FIRST GRIND THE PASTE : TAKE DESICCATED COCONUT POWDER GRIND IT WELL AND ADD KASHMIRI CHILLY,TURMERIC AND GRIND IT TO SMOOTH PASTE KEEP A SIDE.

SLICE ONION , TOMATO , GINGER AND GREEN CHILLY , AND BOIL IT FOR 3 TO 5 MINS AFTER SIMMERING TAKE BOILED VEGS AND ADD TO A GRINDED COCONUT PASTE AND GRIND IT AGAIN.

NOW ADD GRINDED PASTE OF MASALA AND VEGS POUR TO PAN AND BRING IT TO BOIL . WHEN STARTING BOILING ADD ANY FISH YOU LIKE ....

LET IT BOIL FOR 3 MINS AND ADD CURRY LEAVS .
